Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer changed their mind after receiving access
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Account suspension due to misuse or abuse
  • Services already accessed or used
  • Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
  • Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions

Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
